Festival of Colors

After 3 years of being in Utah, I finally went to the Festival of Colors. It's a festival put on by the Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork. You can find out more information about why they do it here: http://www.utahkrishnas.com/main/page.asp?id=1332.

If you like not being able to breath, eating chalk, and getting shoved into random strangers then you would agree that it was loads of fun. (It really was)
The day was perfect for our mile hike out to the temple from where we parked. There were 2 accidents on the road making our 10 minute drive half and hour. Cars were parked all along the road a mile out from the temple. Crowds of people were happily pushing into each other. People were having fun.

Hooray for the Festival of Colors. I'll admit it was fun. It definitely isn't something you do everyday.
