Need it

I absolutely need this movie

Yes it's a need not a want. I will die without it. Walmart will be seeing me this afternoon.

And since we're on this topic.....

I recently bought this shirt from Gap
in black with black sequin sleeves

and now I need a skirt to wear with it. I need more non-missionary clothing.

love -- hate

I love:
having to turn on the AC in my car

the smell of the AC in my car

having clean teeth

not checking my phone for 2 hours and having 5 text messages

I hate:
douches that ruin lovely drives by street racing on University Parkway in the middle of the day

the feeling of nails against the chalkboard, especially when it's metal against teeth

I especially love when I can come up with more loves than hates in a day. It means it's a good day.

Dierks Bentley - I Wanna Make You Close Your Eyes

This song has been on repeat today. I love it so much.

Sometimes I sound like a lesbian

I was reading through some old posts and realized that I mention Katie in A LOT of them. Most, if not all my readers, know that Katie is (in the words of Forest Gump) my best good friend.

But to the few random (I'm talking to you South Korea) people that happen to stumble across this blog, I realized it may sound like Katie's my life parter and while sometimes it may seem that way I would just like to clear the air and say that it's not true.

So, I just wanted to throw it out there for those that may have wondered....I'm not a lesbian. I like boys...er, men...those of the male gender....almost to the point of it being an obsession...(but rest easy I'm not obsessed...yet)

Anyway, thanks to urban dictionary I have learned that while Katie and I aren't lesbians, we are what has become known as "lesbi-friends".

the end.

DI finds

Katie and I hit up the American Fork D.I. earlier today and made out with some pretty fabulous finds.

I first found this vintage overnight bag.
I've been looking for something like this for a while now. I only have big suitcases and desperately needed something I could take on short trips.

I googled it and found it sold online at an Etsy shop for $47 bones.

Guess how much I paid......

$2.

I know. I'm excited.

We then came across this magnificent wingback chair.
Of course I also googled this and found it's original price to be around $249.

Guess how much I paid......

prepare to be astounded

$15!!!!

Yeah I was so excited and still am. I haven't been able to get over it yet.

I have finally bought my first piece of furniture and it was only $15. Can purchases get any better? I dare say no.

Katie also made out pretty well. She found a vintage leather Gucci bag for $10. I'm a little envious. But I'll get over it while I sit in my fancy chair.
